We're looking for an Account Manager who can own client relationships while executing flawless social media management.

You'll be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, collaborating with our strategists and content creators while handling the day-to-day: community engagement, content scheduling, performance reporting, and client communication.

The Role

  • 💰 Hourly Rate: $25/hour

    Hours: Up to 60 hours per month (approximately 15 hours per week)

    📅 Schedule: Remote, flexible hours with EST availability required during office hours (9am-4pm EST) for client communication and team collaboration. Must accommodate our content workflow: Monday submissions, Wednesday approvals, Friday finalizations.

  • Account Management

    • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients with responsive, professional communication

    • Manage content approval workflows through our weekly cycle

    • Facilitate quarterly reviews and content planning sessions independently

    • Maintain documentation of client preferences and project status

    • Proactively identify growth opportunities and retention strategies

    Social Media Execution

    • Execute daily engagement activities (2-6 hours weekly)

    • Manage comments and DMs on behalf of clients

    • Schedule approved content using Loomly

    • Create weekly content within client brand guidelines based on quarterly calendars

    • Monitor social conversations and implement social listening

    • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly or quarterly analytics reports

    • Stay current on platform updates and trends

  • Non-negotiable requirements:

    2+ years professionally managing social media accounts for brands or businesses (not personal accounts) with documented performance results

    Experience working within established brand strategies and style guides - you must demonstrate ability to execute someone else's vision and branding consistently

    References and examples of meeting hard deadlines independently

    Client-facing experience where you were the primary point of contact and managed expectations independently

    Portfolio demonstrating short-form video content creation (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that has driven engagement

    Work ethic you'd describe as organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about client satisfaction

    Autonomous work style - you can read SOPs for direction, execute, and attempt to problem-solve before reaching out for duplicate instruction

    Speed and efficiency - you know your tools inside and out and can complete tasks quickly without sacrificing quality
